An early quartz watch from Tissot for the F1 series 1978....

New Old Stock, never been worn, running perfectly on its early quartz movement, steel case with black resin bezel and black dial with tachymeter markings and date at the '3', sweeping seconds hand...the minute clutch is an electric movement that rotates the minute hand to the correct postition by pushing in the crown and holding, hours are set by just turning the crown to the desired setting.

This is a substantial large and weighty watch, on it's original signed Tissot bracelet and even still has the Tissot swing tag as well, a lovely piece of engineering!
