An early example of the Valjoux 7750 movement, which was produced firstly 1974 and was still being used in watches in the early 80’s. 

Nevada produced many fine timepieces and the brand has been revived again recently. I’ve never seen this one before and toy my eye it was their attempt to compete with the Heuer Monaco. This is a big chunky watch with a superb weight to it.

Beautiful brushed steel case in TV shape with rounded edges, metallic blue dial with there sub dials, right for seconds, top for minutes, bottom for hours. Day and date at the three. Rally orange sweeping seconds hand for the chrono.

A couple of little marks on the dial but a loupe is needed to see them. The case is perfect and the watch is running as it should.

On a new faux croc electric blue strap that suits the dial perfectly.

Probably won’t see another of these.
