Always snapped up quickly as all the collectors want this one. The Tissot Sideral, the first watch to use fibreglass in its construction, making it completely waterproof. The watch was revolutionary in its day and with the Tissot Astrolon was the forerunner of the Swatch movement.Steel bezel, lovely clear crystal, silver dial with date function, seconds hand. But what sets this apart from other Siderals is the chain mail original Tissot bracelet, signed Tissot on the clasp.Of corse the Sideral is mantioned in the Pieter Doensen book so is a must for collectors but if you love great design like me, you'll be losing sleep till you buy it!!
